S Taddei Bio for Non-Profit Org


Ms. Taddei is currently on the Board of the South Florida Symphony Orchestra. She became Treasurer and Grant Coordinator of 2B Non-Profit Corp. (http://www.2bnonprofit.com/) in June of 2005, after serving as a volunteer and later on as the Miami-Dade Coordinator for The Pet Project (petprojectforpets.org) for more than three years. At 2B, she was responsible for obtaining the 501 (c) Tax Exemption Status for the Corporation. She is now in charge of managing the grantseeking resources of 2B at Individual, Corporate and Governmental levels. At The Pet Project, she coordinated the monthly Food Banks in Miami (a chapter she co-founded), where clients (HIV + or with severely disabling diseases) receive food supplies and vaccination services for their animal companions. Prior to that, Ms. Taddei trained with and participated for more than 3 years in the Buddy Program at GMHC (gmhc.org), the oldest non-profit organization in the fight against AIDS, based in New York City.

In the for-profit sector, after developing an extended 14-year career in Caracas, Venezuela as an Forex Exchange Operator and Manager (Banco Latino and Royal Bank of Canada), Core Operations and Administrative Manager in the paper industry (Ozalid and Helazon) and later on as Managing Director and Corporate Comptroller of the leading Economic/Political news publication of the country (Veneconomia.com), Ms. Taddei moved to New York in 1997, where she worked as Administrative Manager for an internet company (Equest) and a leading haute-couture enterprise (Angel Sanchez USA). After New York, she moved to Miami, where she served as Business Development Manager and Auditor for American Coatings. She currently works as an Administrative Manager for a Family Office based in Miami, (http://www.eurocapital-advisors.com/). In most of the companies mentioned above, Ms. Taddei was also responsible for developing, installing and running all the administrative software related to her departments.

Ms. Taddei holds a B.S degree in Economics and Marketing from Babson College, in Boston, and has an Accountant Certificate from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Caracas, Venezuela, where she also participated in their MBA program. She is a Notary Public and CB. She also holds scuba-diving, single engine plane and paraglider licenses. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian.
